About.

With nearly a decade of experience leading multi-sector initiatives, I specialize in helping public agencies, nonprofits, and community organizations navigate complex change through evidence-based strategies, cross-sector collaboration, and innovative policy solutions. My work focuses on building resilient teams, strengthening internal operations, and advancing reforms that promote equity, justice, and civic engagement.

As a Senior Program Manager and Strategic Partner Manager, I have supported initiatives across all 50 states, delivering strategic planning, technical assistance, leadership development, and stakeholder engagement. I have designed and facilitated 100+ hours of customized training for over 400 practitioners and administrators, managed $1M+ in grant-funded projects, and partnered with government agencies to implement reforms across justice, mental health, substance use, and community safety systems.

Rooted in a commitment to operational excellence and systemic change, my passion lies in co-creating scalable, sustainable solutions that foster organizational transformation and meaningful community impact. I bring a unique blend of strategic leadership, policy expertise, and partnership-building skills to every project I support.
